Thanks very much for a nice stay, greatly enjoyed it. The breakfast we ordered was delicious and excellent. The staff was very kind and courteous and helped with the public parking. The location of the hotel was very central, just off Up to 20 $ from airport and the Center of AlHamra. Hamra district was worth staying in.
Their staff were absolutely rude.

The breakfast was good for a couple of mornings but became repetitive. Keep in mind that noise might disturb your sleep, so bring earplugs.

Since I booked online & with only 5 reviews I was abit worried, but apparently there was no need for all my concerns, as I was very impressed and pleased with almost everything, staff were very nice, polite, helpful & efficient. Allowing my friends to park in the valet, waiting under the rain to stop me a taxi, advising me on the cheapest ways to get around. The hotel was spotless, nice decor "cozy",comfortable beds. Great Food as well.
Lack of some of the things mentioned in the rooms, like an iron, hair dryer, but was provided with as soon as I requested them. One of my disappointments was having no bathtub, as I thought every room had bathtubs or even jaccuzi's as mentioned. And finally having no instructions on how to make phone calls, first night I had to go down to the reception to ask for a hairdryer as I didn't know which number to punch in to call the receptionist. & unfortunately they have no balconies, but over all I had a very pleasant stay ,I do recommand it.

I stayed in a Junior Suite for two nights and the room was pretty spacious, with a nice balcony which was cool. Decor was interesting, a bit over the top but fun. The cleanliness was on point, so thumbs up there. The mattresses were quite hard and the sheets had this weird crinkly plastic feel to them-definitely woke me up a few times. So, comfy and stylish with a few issues.

The service was good. Good most of the time. Cost Effective hotel. The staff were very friendly at times and had the guest (us) intentions in mind most of the time which was good.
Low ceilings, the hotel staff were new and didnt understand English that well / nor were able to provide good directions.

The location seemed great very close to everything. We visited Starbucks Hamra, based around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the hotel.

New hotel with very good location, my room was 702 which was good and clean, the bathroom was clean too. Air conditioning was good. Nice room design. Staff were helpful. Good location at Hamra street if you want to go shopping
Breakfast was very poor, little quantities of food, internet didn't work. My friends stayed at different room which had ugly white bathroom. Not enough toilet amenties.
